I built my operational instincts the hard way: running live SEC filings and 24/7 operations for high-profile banks, CEOs, and law firms early in my career, then leading $150M+ in combined revenue and teams of 500+ across companies like Canon USA and LabCorp. In 2024 I founded VL33 to bring that same diagnostic, get-it-done leadership to mid-sized companies ready to grow.
